Founded in 2016, MTRPL is a principal-based real estate company concentrated on retail-centric mixed-use urban development. Based in Montreal, we specialize in the investment, development and management of mixed-use assets.
We are the owner and the operator. The people who underwrite a building are the people who run it, which keeps our decisions tied to how a property actually performs over time rather than how it looks in a pitch.
What we own
The portfolio spans retail, office, mixed-use and residential assets along Montreal's transit-oriented commercial corridors — the Plateau, Mile End, Little Italy, Villeray, Saint-Henri, Verdun and the Village — as well as the West Island and the South Shore.
